If you have a broken or outdated actuator that is not functioning properly, causing unnecessary energy consumption, poor indoor air quality or even environmental damage, VSI can help you. We have the ability to retrofit new parts and update your system, whether pneumatic or electric.

VSI has a complete in-house machine shop with the ability to fabricate custom linkages for valve automation. Product mediums include stainless steel, powder coated mild steel or brass. With our machining capabilities, we can design and create custom retrofit linkage solutions for your existing valves, regardless of the manufacturer.

We also have the ability, with CNC and manual machinery, to do precision machine and tooling work, whether prototype or production. Our vast resources allow us to provide you with fabrication work, including laser cutting, CNC punching, forming, silk screening, powder coating and much more.

Since our beginning, we have developed an extended clientele which include companies such as Coca-Cola, Tyco, Lockheed, Mueller Industries, Avery Dennison, Numatics Actuator Bonomi USA, American Boa, Johnson Controls, and many more.
