Valve Solutions, Inc. (VSI) is a privately held company and was founded in 1995 in Alpharetta, GA serving primarily the Commercial Building Automation services markets providing automated valve packages to controls contractors. While headquartered in Georgia, VSI also has manufacturing facilities located in the Far East.

VSI began manufacturing its own butterfly valve and industrial actuator product lines in 2000. Shortly thereafter, VSI arranged partnerships with other valve and actuator manufacturers and was able to provide a full line of valve offerings to the Commercial HVAC markets. VSI introduced its Series V High Performance Segmented Ball valve in 2002 which provides a superior alternative in performance to globe valves for flow control in Hydronic systems. The “V Ball” has been featured in the ASHRAE journals and has also been utilized in the Industrial services markets in specific applications. Foremost in VSI’s product offering are the Series 1000 Industrial actuator and the Series 2000 Butterfly valve; both are used extensively in chiller plant applications domestically & abroad. VSI offers valves sizing from ½” to 30” both manual & automated.

VSI has distributors located throughout the US and also markets products in Canada, Mexico, South America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.

Some of VSI’s Commercial clients include: Johnson Controls, Inc., Automated Logic Corporation, Carrier, Trane and Siemens Building Technologies.

Complete In-House Machine Shop

VSI also has a complete in-house machine shop with the ability to fabricate custom linkages for valve automation using materials such as stainless steel, powder coated mild steel, or brass. With its’ machining capabilities, VSI can design and create custom retrofit linkage solutions for existing valves. VSI also has the ability to do precision machining and tooling work, prototype or production.
